How can I be certain my payroll data and other financial data is secure?
Our entire Atlanta, Georgia data center relies on a Cisco backbone, which includes multiple layers of active Cisco firewalls for security. With firewalls also configured for failover, your data is still protected even if a firewall was to go offline. 

Will I really have 24/7 access to my payroll data and be able to remote access it from anywhere?
No matter where you are in the world, our remote access securely serves your QuickBooks software as they were originally intended by Intuit. How do you back up my data?
All of your QuickBooks data is maintained in a database by your QuickBooks software.  We take extra special care of the database by backing it up nightly to multiple terabyte tape drives at our Atlanta, Georgia data center, then replicating a copy at an off-site location consistent with our disaster recovery plan.

I own my own QuickBooks License(s) already. Do I still have to pay to for an additional license(s)?
No, if you have your own license you will not need to purchase an additional one for this service. Your licenses will not be shared: and will remain your own.

Can the system be accessed by more than one user at the same time?
Yes, each QuickBooks file can support up to 5 connections. However, to support concurrent access, each user must have a license. That means additional licenses must be purchased if a client wishes to have more than one person accessing the QuickBooks files at the same time.

Can I create my own PDF's from QuickBooks?
Yes, you can generate and email PDF's directly from the QuickBooks software. This is a function provided by the software itself.

How many company files can I use from within the system?
Intuit currently places no limit on the number of Quickbooks files that you can have on the system.

Does QuickBooks-Hosting.net offer the QuickBooks Online Edition?
No. The online edition of QuickBooks does not support all of the functions available in the Premier Editions desktop version.  Our QuickBooks hosting service runs fully-functional versions of the desktop software.
